Terms of use
Plain-English terms. By using Redress you agree to them.
What Redress is
Redress drafts complaint letters from the details you give, using AI. It is free while we launch, and we may introduce a price later. We will say so clearly before you pay for anything.
What it isn’t
Redress is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. The letters and guides are general information. They may contain mistakes, and the law can change. Always read your letter and check the facts before you send it. For complicated or high-value disputes, speak to Citizens Advice or a solicitor.
No guarantees
We can’t promise that a company will reply, refund you or pay compensation. You are responsible for what you send and for checking it is true and accurate.
Use it fairly
- Only use Redress for genuine complaints that are true.
- Don’t use it to harass anyone, make false claims or break the law.
- Don’t try to overload, copy or attack the service. We limit how many letters each person can write each day.
Your details
How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.
Our responsibility
We provide Redress “as is”. We are not liable for losses that come from relying on a letter or guide, or from the service being unavailable. This doesn’t limit anything we can’t exclude by law, and it doesn’t affect your statutory consumer rights.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions? websitebuilds01@gmail.com.
